Terms of Service

Introduction+
Welcome to Retreat Booking Hub, operated by RB Education Services Pty Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Definitions+
  • 1.1 Platform: The website and services provided by Retreat Booking Hub for booking yoga retreats.
  • 1.2 User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
  • 1.3 Retreat Provider: Any individual or entity that lists yoga retreats on the Platform.
  • 1.4 Booking: The act of reserving a spot in a yoga retreat through the Platform.
Eligibility+
  • 2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • 2.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all the terms and conditions herein.
Account Registration+
  • 3.1 To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.
  • 3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • 3.3 You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Use of the Platform+
  • 4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • 4.2 You agree not to use the Platform:
  • ● In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • ● For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
  • ● To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
  • ● To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Booking and Payment+
  • 5.1 All bookings made through the Platform are subject to the availability of the retreat and acceptance by the Retreat Provider.
  • 5.2 The Company acts as a facilitator between Users and Retreat Providers and is not responsible for the actual delivery of the retreat services.
  • 5.3 Payment for bookings must be made through the Platform using the designated payment methods.
  • 5.4 By making a booking, you agree to the specific terms and conditions set by the Retreat Provider, including cancellation and refund policies.
Cancellation and Refunds+
  • 6.1 Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual Retreat Providers and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • 6.2 The Company is not responsible for the cancellation of retreats by the Retreat Provider or for any refunds due to cancellations.
User Content+
  • 7.1 Users may post reviews, comments, and other content on the Platform (“User Content”).
  • 7.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it.
  • 7.3 By posting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
  • 7.4 You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights.
Intellectual Property+
  • 8.1 The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
  • 8.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.
Limitation of Liability+
  • 9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
  • ● Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
  • ● Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
  • ● Any content obtained from the Platform.
  • ● Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Indemnification+
  • 10.1 By using Retreat Booking Hub, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Retreat Booking Hub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
  • ● Your use of the Platform: This includes any activities you engage in through the Platform, including bookings, interactions with Organizers, or use of services provided by Retreat Booking Hub.
  • ● Your breach of these Terms of Service: Any violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement
  • ● Violation of any laws or rights: Any violation of a third party’s rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or any legal obligations.
  • ● Third-party claims: Any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your conduct or interactions on the Platform.
  • This indemnification obligation will continue after you stop using the services of Retreat Booking Hub.
Termination+
  • 11.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
  • 11.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Dispute Resolution+
  • 12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • 12.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Institution], which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
  • 12.3 Jurisdiction: You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be brought exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms+
  • 13.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
  • 13.2 By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
Miscellaneous+
  • 14.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
  • 14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • 14.3 Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Company’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • 14.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without the Company's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. The Company may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
