Description

The Insight Retreat is a transformative weekend immersion designed to help participants take their meditation practice to an advanced level. Over three days, you’ll explore the deeper layers of the mind, learning how to overcome obstacles in meditation and how our thoughts shape the world around us. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to move beyond the basics and experience bliss-filled meditation, rooted in ancient techniques yet presented in a modern, practical way.

Led by an experienced and down-to-earth teacher, the retreat provides comprehensive teachings that blend traditional wisdom with contemporary understanding. You’ll learn techniques that have been practiced for thousands of years and discover how to integrate them into your daily life. Whether you’re seeking to refine your current practice or deepen your understanding of mindfulness and awareness, this weekend offers the perfect balance of theory, practice, and reflection in a peaceful, supportive environment.

The retreat takes place at the stunning Springmount Eco Retreat near Inman Valley, surrounded by serene bushland that enhances the sense of stillness and introspection. Accommodation is provided in simple dorm-style rooms, allowing you to disconnect from everyday distractions and focus inward. All rooms are heated, and guests are asked to bring their own linen and personal items for comfort.

Throughout the weekend, participants will enjoy delicious, nourishing meals from Friday evening through Sunday lunch. The food is wholesome and home-cooked, designed to support physical health and mental clarity. Vegetarian and vegan options are encouraged to complement the meditative experience, and special dietary needs can be catered for upon request.

The program includes early morning silent meditations, yoga sessions for all levels, NLP coaching, and insightful teachings on advanced meditation principles. You’ll also have opportunities for walking meditation, reflective discussions, and mindful rest. Each element is crafted to help you reconnect with your authentic self and rediscover clarity, peace, and purpose.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll not only gain a deeper understanding of meditation and the mind but also take home practical tools to continue your journey toward inner peace and personal mastery. This is more than just a weekend away—it’s an adventure of spirit that invites you to pause, reflect, and experience life at a deeper level.
