Aarti is a distinguished yoga instructor at Yoga Rishi in Rishikesh, India, whose journey into the realm of yoga was inspired by its transformative power, leading her to find solace and spiritual fulfillment through dedicated practice. Her commitment to yoga deepened as she trained rigorously under revered yoga masters, immersing herself in the study of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy. In 2006, she showcased her dedication by participating in the Women Yoga Championship organised by Shri Jayram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya in Rishikesh.

Aarti's academic pursuits led her to attain a Master's degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in 2018, further solidifying her expertise in the field. Her multifaceted talents were recognized when she was crowned "Miss Dehradun 2021" by the FSIA, reflecting her dedication to excellence in both academics and athletics. 

Throughout her school years, Aarti was honoured with numerous awards and commendations for her outstanding academic performance and athletic prowess, including academic scholarships and MVP trophies. Meal Details

At Yoga Rishi, all meals are thoughtfully designed to support the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of our participants. We offer a fully vegetarian menu based on Ayurvedic and sattvic dietary principles, aimed at promoting clarity, balance, and sustained energy throughout the retreat experience.

Participants are served three nutritious meals daily, prepared fresh by our in-house culinary team using locally sourced, seasonal produce. The menu includes a variety of wholesome dishes such as:

Special Requirements

To enrol in the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, applicants are generally expected to have completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program and have some prior teaching experience.

Directions

Jolly Grant airport at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Rishikesh which is approximately 35 kilometres away. Popular carriers like Air India, Spice Jet and Jet Airways often have daily flights from New Delhi. Apart from Delhi, there is a flight from Lucknow to Dehradun as well.
