Description

Nestled in the peaceful hills of Belair, South Australia, this immersive weekend retreat offers a transformative journey into the art of meditation, self-awareness, and inner peace. Guided by Peter Radcliffe, a respected meditation teacher, mentor, and NLP trainer with a unique background as a Buddhist monk, participants are invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and explore the mind with clarity and compassion. His teaching blends ancient wisdom with practical, down-to-earth methods that make meditation accessible and relevant to modern life.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience a rich variety of guided meditation sessions, mindfulness workshops, gentle yoga classes, and NLP-based coaching designed to deepen your understanding of the mind. Early morning silent meditations set a serene tone for each day, while afternoon group reflections and discussion circles help you integrate what you’ve learned. You’ll also take part in interactive exercises focused on emotional awareness and mental clarity, along with evening talks by Peter that explore the connection between thought, emotion, and peace of mind. For those seeking to expand their journey even further, the retreat includes an introductory session on becoming a meditation leader, offering insight into how you can share these teachings with others.

This retreat welcomes both beginners and experienced practitioners, offering the perfect blend of structure and personal freedom. By the end of the weekend, participants gain a toolbox of techniques to manage stress, improve focus, and maintain balance amid life’s daily challenges. The program is designed not just to teach meditation, but to help you embody it — transforming your approach to work, relationships, and self-care.

Accommodation is provided at the welcoming Nunyara Conference Center, featuring comfortable apartment-style rooms and wholesome vegetarian meals that nourish both body and mind. Attendees can enjoy time in nature, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection with like-minded people who share a passion for personal growth. The schedule balances activity and rest, learning and stillness, creating a safe, inspiring space to reconnect with yourself and rediscover what truly matters.

More than just a weekend away, this is an invitation to rediscover yourself. Many describe it as an adventure of spirit — a chance to open the heart, strengthen the mind, and renew your sense of purpose and clarity. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and empowered, carrying with you practical meditation and mindset techniques that can bring lasting peace to your everyday life.

Created by Skillful MIND, this retreat embodies a vision of helping people cultivate inner peace, awareness, and balance. Through meditation, yoga, and mindful reflection, it offers not only rest and rejuvenation but the inspiration to live with greater calm, joy, and self-understanding.
