Description

Embark on a life-changing journey with our 50-Hour Kundalini Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training, a deeply transformative program designed to unlock your true essence and empower you to become the master of your mind, body, and soul. This comprehensive training offers a deep dive into the spiritual and energetic practices of Kundalini Yoga, guiding you through a process of self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

Through a combination of Kundalini kriya, meditation, breathwork, and the power of mantras, you will awaken your Kundalini energy, break through limiting beliefs, and elevate your consciousness to new heights. You will learn to harness the power of sound and vibration through ancient mantras, purify and harmonise your glandular system, and experience improved circulation and vitality.

The training will provide you with a deeper understanding of the 10 bodies in Kundalini Yoga, the glandular and organ anatomy, and the principles of Kundalini energy as it relates to awakening your inner potential. You will explore the roots of Kundalini, its integration with Hatha Yoga and Qigong, and how to integrate the Kundalini teachings into your modern life for improved health, longevity, and stress reduction.

This immersion also includes daily pose clinics and workshops to refine your techniques and teaching skills, along with practical teaching experience of three Kundalini Kriyas, meditations, and specific mantras. You will learn the ethics of teaching, the scope of practice, and how to teach Kundalini yoga in a safe and empowering way.

Upon completion, you will earn a 50-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Certificate, internationally recognised, to advance your teaching career. The training is open to those with some yoga experience, but you do not need to be an advanced practitioner to benefit. With all instruction conducted in English, you must have a conversational level of the language and a willingness to engage in group learning and constructive feedback.

Whether you're seeking personal transformation or ready to teach others, this immersive training will empower you to harness the energy of Kundalini Yoga, guiding you toward a more radiant, balanced, and fulfilled life.
