Accommodation

Yoga Skyros Academy offers serene and comfortable accommodation designed to support relaxation and deep personal reflection. Guests can choose from private or shared rooms, with each space thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with comfortable bedding, high-quality linens, and minimalist decor, creating an environment conducive to rest and rejuvenation. Surrounded by nature, the accommodations offer a tranquil setting that enhances the overall yoga experience. Guests can also enjoy access to outdoor spaces, including a pool, allowing for moments of relaxation between classes. The environment is calm and supportive, designed to help students connect with themselves while immersing in their yoga practice.

Dietmar Hellmann is Lead Teacher for the Yoga Therapy Teacher Trainings. Registered Practitioner with the Dr. Bach Foundation in the UK. Certified Kinesiologist for Balancing Energies and removal of negative Emotions. 
Massage Therapist for Thai Massage, Aroma Therapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage. Not only has he thoroughly studied and practised all these Holistic Methods, but he has also brought the Eastern and Western knowledge together.

“Life is Yoga”, Sri Aurobindo Carmen brings more than 20 years of specialised experience.  Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Advanced level Personal Fitness Trainer, Aroma Massage Therapist, Thai massage Therapist,
Level II Muay Thai Instructor. As a Professional Yoga Devotee, she holds the renowned Experienced Yoga Teacher 200 and 500 titles and is registered at Yoga Alliance USA and is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Yoga Education Provider (YACEP).
She also applies her own unique and dynamic Yoga teaching program and has studied and trained with Master Dickson in Hong Kong and Swami Vidyanand at the New Delhi Transformational Yoga School.
