Across the week, you’ll have the freedom to explore up to six diverse yoga classes daily, each thoughtfully crafted to meet your personal level and intentions. From the grounding focus of Ashtanga and Mysore, to the energizing flow of Dynamic Vinyasa, to the slow, healing embrace of Yin and Restorative Yoga, every session invites you to connect more deeply with your breath, your body, and your inner awareness. Complementary practices—kundalini, sound healing, meditation, pranayama, breathwork, Nidra, and aerial yoga—add depth and variety, helping you uncover new layers of balance and strength.
Between classes, immerse yourself in rituals of relaxation and renewal. Enjoy a daily Thai massage, unwind in the herbal steam room, refresh in the ice bath, or float peacefully in the saltwater pool overlooking lush tropical gardens. Meals become a highlight of the experience, with three nourishing dishes served daily at the beachfront Shell Lounge. Guests can enjoy a stay in one of the retreat’s elevated bungalows with panoramic sea views, charming garden rooms, or affordable dormitory-style rooms, all conveniently located just steps from the beach. Each accommodation option is designed to provide comfort and tranquillity, offering a serene environment ideal for rest and rejuvenation.
Accommodation is exclusively available to participants enrolled in the retreat’s detox programs, yoga teacher training, yoga retreats, and immersion courses. Due to high demand and near year-round occupancy, booking is strongly recommended to secure a place. Room bookings are not available to individuals who are not enrolled in one of the retreat's programs.
Detox program participants may be offered the courtesy of an extended stay for an additional one or two nights, subject to availability.

Family members or partners aged 16 and above who are not participating in retreat programs are welcome to accompany registered participants for an additional fee. Guests must be 16 years or older to join the retreat.
Participants should be comfortable practicing yoga in a warm, tropical climate and bring light, breathable clothing and sun protection.
A valid passport and required travel documents are necessary for entry into Thailand.
Guests should inform the retreat team of any injuries, health concerns, or physical limitations so classes can be safely adapted.
Those wishing to rent a motorbike should have a valid license and feel confident riding on the island’s roads.
Please bring any personal toiletries, medications, or specialty items that may not be easily found on the island.
From Koh Samui, you can catch a ferry to Koh Phangan, which takes approximately 30 minutes by speedboat or 1.5 hours by slow ferry. Once on Koh Phangan, a short taxi ride (about 20 minutes) from the Thong Sala Pier will bring you directly to the Ananda Yoga & Detox Center at Hin Kong Beach.
