Description

The 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Bangkok, Thailand is a comprehensive advanced-level program designed for dedicated practitioners who wish to complete their full professional yoga education. This training is a complete integration of both 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training, offering a deep, structured, and transformative journey into the traditional science of yoga. Ideal for those who have already completed foundational yoga studies, this course supports students in evolving into highly skilled, confident, and spiritually grounded yoga teachers.

Rooted in classical yogic traditions, the program presents yoga as a holistic way of life, not merely a physical discipline. Students engage in extensive training across asana practice (alignment and adjustment), pranayama, meditation, mudra and bandha, mantra chanting, shatkarmas (yogic cleansing practices), yoga anatomy, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda and nutrition, yoga therapy, and advanced teaching methodology. Each subject is taught progressively, allowing students to integrate knowledge through both practice and experience.

Daily training includes morning meditation and yoga, often practiced outdoors with Yoga in the Park at Lumpini Park, creating a strong connection to nature within the urban environment. The structured daily schedule is balanced with philosophy, anatomy, therapeutic sessions, and optional evening group classes. Weekend retreats and sightseeing activities further enrich the experience, allowing reflection, integration, and cultural exploration alongside intensive study.

Graduates receive a Yoga Alliance USA–certified RYT 500 qualification, along with comprehensive learning materials, prayer items, a complimentary yoga kit, Rudraksha mala, traditional Thai massage, yoga therapy and Ayurvedic massage, retreat experiences, and a 3-month studio membership.
