Throughout the retreat, guests are treated to a beautiful selection of nourishing, chef-prepared meals designed to support wellbeing and delight the senses. Your culinary journey begins on Friday with a welcome snack platter featuring fresh fruit, nuts, and gourmet bites, followed by a warming Pumpkin Coconut Chickpea Thai Curry served with ginger rice, Asian salad, and roti. Dinner concludes with a silky Coconut, Kaffir Lime & Lemongrass Pannacotta, drizzled with a vibrant mango–chilli coulis.
Saturday mornings open with a wholesome breakfast spread, offering choices such as healthy Buddha bowls, fresh egg & roasted veggie frittata, or home-baked banana & date loaf topped with caramelised bananas and coconut yogurt. Lunch features flavourful Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowls, layered with sticky rice, fresh vegetables, pickled pineapple, and sesame mayo. In the evening, guests gather for a delightful Chicken Saltimbocca dinner, followed by a refreshing strawberry & balsamic pannacotta.
Sunday’s menu continues the retreat’s focus on nourishment and comfort. A gentle breakfast sets the tone for a restorative day, leading into a beautifully curated surprise grazing-style lunch. This abundant spread includes homemade dips such as pesto, hummus, pumpkin, beetroot, and spinach; roasted vegetables layered with pesto and goat’s cheese; fresh fruits, nuts, cheeses, crackers, sourdough, and GF pita wedges. Dinner offers a seasonal chef-inspired dish that pairs harmoniously with the evening’s acoustic and sound healing experience.
On Monday morning, your final breakfast is a refreshing and energising coconut tapioca & chia bowl, topped with fresh fruit and toasted coconut shavings—an uplifting way to close your retreat before checkout.

The nearest international airport is Perth Airport (PER), approximately 2 hours’ drive north. From Perth Airport, take Kwinana Freeway (State Route 2) south toward Bunbury, continue onto South Western Highway (National Route 1) through Harvey and Dardanup, then turn onto Twomey Road in Crooked Brook to reach number 39.
