Across three days, guests enjoy two guided surf lessons, including all equipment and transportation, with optional video analysis for intermediate surfers to help build confidence and improve technique. Complementing the surf sessions are two Soul of Surfing workshops, exploring the connection between ocean, movement, and mindset, alongside two yoga classes blending Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yin to support recovery, balance, and relaxation.
Nourishment is an integral part of the experience, with daily breakfasts, two healthy lunches, and three hearty evening meals included, alongside fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and filtered water available throughout the day. Thoughtful touches such as a welcome drink, recipe card, and a commitment to sustainability—one tree planted per guest—add meaning and intention to the retreat.

Accommodation offers a range of shared and private rooms in relaxed, comfortable apartments. Guests can choose from Quite Nice Rooms and Nice Rooms with shared twin or double arrangements, ideal for those happy to share with a friend, family member, or another solo traveller of the same gender. Shared bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged between a small number of rooms, and all apartments include a communal living area for relaxing during the day. Each room is simply furnished and equipped with a fan, creating a calm, easygoing retreat atmosphere.
For those seeking more privacy, the Really Nice Rooms offer the most spacious option, featuring private bathrooms and living rooms within self-contained apartments. These rooms can be booked as solo, double, or twin occupancy, and some can accommodate an additional camp bed, making them suitable for small families or friends travelling together. Across all room types, the focus is on comfort, flexibility, and community, allowing guests to feel at home while enjoying a shared retreat experience.
Meals are a highlight of the retreat, designed to be nourishing, generous, and comforting after active days in the ocean and on the mat. Each day begins with a wholesome breakfast, followed by five healthy lunches across the week and seven hearty evening meals, all freshly prepared to fuel surf sessions, support recovery, and keep energy levels balanced.

Detailed arrival information and recommended transfer options are provided prior to the retreat to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey. Guests are encouraged to arrive in Lisbon earlier in the day to allow comfortable travel time and a relaxed arrival at the retreat.
