Aarti is a passionate and deeply dedicated yoga instructor whose personal journey through yoga has been one of transformation, healing, and spiritual awakening. Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her own life, she immersed herself in formal studies under revered yoga masters, focusing on asanas, pranayama, meditation, and the core philosophies of yogic living. She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and brings both academic depth and heartfelt compassion to her teachings.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognised on multiple platforms—from her participation in the Women’s Yoga Championship at Shri Jayram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya to being crowned “Miss Dehradun 2021” by FSIA. Aarti’s school years were marked by numerous accolades for both academic brilliance and athletic achievement, showcasing her holistic pursuit of excellence. Today, she combines her wisdom, discipline, and love for yoga to guide students toward physical vitality and inner peace. Her presence at Yoga Rishi reflects her mission to share yoga in its most authentic form and empower others through conscious living.

Bhavishya Gaba is a highly accomplished and certified yoga instructor and therapist, known for his disciplined approach and heartfelt commitment to the yogic path. A graduate in Yoga Science, Bhavishya began his journey in yoga during his school years, quickly rising to prominence with a series of prestigious achievements, including four gold medals and an honoured presence at the Khelo India Yoga Championship. His early success laid a strong foundation for a lifelong dedication to the art and science of yoga.

With over a decade of personal practice and more than four years of professional teaching experience, Bhavishya specialises in Therapeutic Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. His teaching style is rooted in authenticity, precision, and compassion—offering a balanced blend of traditional wisdom and modern understanding. Whether guiding individuals through healing practices or leading structured teacher training programs, Bhavishya brings a deep sense of presence and clarity to each session, empowering students to explore yoga not just as a discipline, but as a way of life.

Directions

Jolly Grant airport at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Rishikesh which is approximately 35 kilometres away. Popular carriers like Air India, Spice Jet and Jet Airways often have daily flights from New Delhi. Apart from Delhi, there is a flight from Lucknow to Dehradun as well.
