This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course is a deeply immersive journey into the heart of yoga, designed for those ready to transform from within. Taking place from April 1st to 24th, 2026, it offers a complete exploration of yoga as both a personal practice and a way of life. More than just learning to teach, this program invites you to cultivate awareness, discipline, and connection on all levels — body, mind, and spirit.
Throughout the 24 days, students will build a strong foundation in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, practicing in the traditional Mysore-style, where each practitioner moves at their own pace with personalized guidance from experienced teachers. Regular led classes complement this practice, helping refine technique and deepen understanding of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Alongside asana, students will study yoga philosophy through classical texts such as the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita, exploring how to live yoga beyond the mat.
The course also focuses on pranayama and meditation, offering tools to cultivate stillness, clarity, and emotional balance. Participants will progressively develop their breath awareness and learn key techniques, including Kumbhaka, Bandhas, and Kriyas. Daily meditation supports the integration of these practices and encourages inner observation and calm.
Comprehensive modules on anatomy, physiology, and alignment make the training both practical and safe. Students learn to understand the body’s structure, prevent injuries, and offer intelligent adjustments. A strong emphasis is also placed on teaching methodology, helping participants develop confidence, communication skills, and the ability to lead classes with clarity and authenticity.
Beyond the physical and technical aspects, the program includes Ayurveda sessions, personal development workshops, and community connection activities, allowing students to explore holistic wellbeing and conscious living. Graduates will receive a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification, enabling them to teach internationally with confidence and integrity.
Led by Ewelina Zablocka and Rohil Jethmalani, both experienced teachers and co-founders of the program, this training combines traditional wisdom with modern understanding. Ewelina brings her expertise as a holistic health coach and dedicated Ashtanga practitioner, while Rohil offers a unique blend of yogic philosophy and neuroscience. Together, they hold a nurturing, open space for inner growth and authentic transformation — guiding each participant to embody the true essence of yoga, both on and off the mat.
This retreat takes place in a truly unique eco-resort nestled in the heart of Balinese nature, surrounded by lush jungle, rice fields, rivers, and waterfalls. You will be captivated by the purity and healing energy of this place — a sanctuary where nature’s rhythm guides each moment.
You’ll experience the authentic beauty of living close to nature, while still enjoying the comfort and serenity of thoughtfully designed open-air eco bungalows. Each space is crafted with natural materials, blending seamlessly into the environment and offering a peaceful refuge for rest and reflection.
The retreat offers several room options to suit your preference — from cozy twin rooms perfect for sharing, to spacious private and deluxe bungalows for those seeking extra comfort. Some rooms are nestled beside the soothing sound of a waterfall, while others open out to breathtaking views of the jungle, rice terraces, or river.

Rohil has led immersive retreats and teacher training programs across Morocco, Bali, and India. He has spent extensive time studying and practicing Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional Mysore style, as well as classical Hatha Yoga with his teachers in Mysore and Rishikesh. Deeply rooted in the understanding that yoga is far more than a physical discipline, he integrates philosophy, mindfulness, and self-inquiry into his teaching. His approach is non-dogmatic and adaptive, offering each student personalized guidance to support their individual journey. With a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, Rohil bridges ancient yogic wisdom with modern science, bringing depth and clarity to the transformative practices of yoga.

Ewelina is a yoga teacher and holistic health coach, dedicated to the practice and teaching of Ashtanga Yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. In her work, she guides others toward balance, health, and fulfillment, viewing wellbeing as an integration of many dimensions—emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and relational. She has led a wide range of courses, teacher trainings, and retreats across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and also writes books and develops online programs centered on holistic living. Having experienced profound healing through the yogic lifestyle herself, Ewelina finds her greatest joy in sharing these transformative practices with others.
