Yogi Lalit was born into a Brahmin yogic family in the Himalayas and was introduced to the spiritual path at an early age by his grandfather, Sri Swami Bhola Dutt, a revered yogi devoted to spreading spiritual wisdom in the Himalayan valleys. At just five years old, Yogi Lalit moved to Rishikesh, the world-renowned center of yoga, where he immersed himself in traditional ashram life and advanced studies of Sanskrit scriptures, Vedas, and yogic sciences. His training encompassed Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, Kundalini, Kriya Yoga, Pranayama, Ayurveda, and disciplined spiritual practices, culminating in a Master’s degree (Yoga Acharya) in Yoga Science and recognition through numerous yoga awards. Dedicated to seva (selfless service) and teaching from a young age, Yogi Lalit refined his wisdom under the guidance of great yogis, saints, and acharyas. His mission to share authentic yogic knowledge has guided millions of practitioners worldwide. In 2015, he moved to Bangkok, Thailand, where his work in community education, health, and holistic wellbeing expanded internationally. Through workshops, trainings, and retreats across the globe, Yogi Lalit continues to inspire students toward health, happiness, and spiritual growth, guided by the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – “the world is one family.”
