She holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University and brings both academic depth and heartfelt compassion to her teachings.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognised on multiple platforms—from her participation in the Women’s Yoga Championship at Shri Jayram Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya to being crowned “Miss Dehradun 2021” by FSIA. Day 1: Arrival & Introduction

Jolly Grant airport at Dehradun is the nearest airport to Rishikesh which is approximately 35 kilometres away. Popular carriers like Air India, Spice Jet and Jet Airways often have daily flights from New Delhi. Apart from Delhi, there is a flight from Lucknow to Dehradun as well.
