Each day begins with guided yoga and meditation practices, including asanas, pranayama, and yoga nidra, led by experienced teachers who support both beginners and advanced practitioners. Accommodation comprises of single rooms and double shared rooms. Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep are all equally important aspects of good health and health is obviously our most coveted asset. We take care of all of them while you learn yoga with us. Accommodation provided to you will have all necessary amenities. The options range from single rooms and double shared rooms.
Aarti was drawn to the transformative power of yoga, finding solace and spiritual fulfillment in its practice. Inspired by her personal journey of self-discovery and healing, she pursued rigorous training under revered yoga masters, immersing herself in the study of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy. She participated Women Yoga Championship in 2006 organised by “Shri Jayram Sanskrit Mahavidhalaya”, Rishikesh . She has completed Master in Yoga Science from “Uttarakhand Sanskrit University.
I am experienced and certified yoga instructor & therapist, Graduated in Yoga Science. I started my yoga journey from my school days and achieved 4 gold medals and other achievements till today, one of my best moments was khelo india yoga championship. So, along with 10+ years of experience in practicing yoga I have 4+ years of experience in teaching Therapeutic yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation
