Set in the heart of the Himalayas, overlooking the sacred Ganges River, this 14-day yoga retreat in Rishikesh offers a profound opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and women’s holistic health. Known as the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh provides the perfect spiritual backdrop with its serene surroundings, ancient ashrams, and uplifting energy.

Each day begins with guided yoga and meditation practices, including asanas, pranayama, and yoga nidra, led by experienced teachers who support both beginners and advanced practitioners. Beyond the mat, the retreat invites you into spiritual discourses and philosophy sessions, offering deeper insights into yogic teachings and practical wisdom for daily life.

The retreat also integrates the unique Women’s Body Temple Program, designed to empower women through awareness of their bodies and cycles. Sessions include:

Accommodation

Accommodation comprises of single rooms and double shared rooms. Nutrition, Exercise and Sleep are all equally important aspects of good health and health is obviously our most coveted asset. We take care of all of them while you learn yoga with us. Accommodation provided to you will have all necessary amenities. The options range from single rooms and double shared rooms.

Aarti

Aarti was drawn to the transformative power of yoga, finding solace and spiritual fulfillment in its practice. Inspired by her personal journey of self-discovery and healing, she pursued rigorous training under revered yoga masters, immersing herself in the study of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy. She participated Women Yoga Championship in 2006 organised by “Shri Jayram Sanskrit Mahavidhalaya”, Rishikesh . She has completed Master in Yoga Science from “Uttarakhand Sanskrit University.

Bhavishya Gaba

I am experienced and certified yoga instructor & therapist, Graduated in Yoga Science.
I started my yoga journey from my school days and achieved 4 gold medals and other achievements till today, one of my best moments was khelo india yoga championship.
So, along with 10+ years of experience in practicing yoga I have 4+ years of experience in teaching  Therapeutic yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, Pranayama and Meditation

At our retreats, we take pride in offering delicious, healthy meals irrespective of the destation. Our carefully curated menu, crafted by our in-house team, ensures that every dish is not only flavorful but also prioritizes nutritional balance. Daily Schedule

5:30 AM – Wake-up bell / herbal detox drink

6:00 – 7:30 AM – Morning yoga asanas & pranayama (dynamic and grounding practice)

7:30 – 8:00 AM – Guided meditation / mantra chanting

8:00 – 9:00 AM – Sattvic vegetarian breakfast

9:30 – 12:30 PM – Women’s Body Temple sessions (Ayurvedic consultation, workshops on hormones, reproductive health, holistic medicine, naturopathy, or body cleansing techniques)

1:00 – 2:00 PM – Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch

2:00 – 3:30 PM – Rest, journaling, or optional one-on-one consultations

3:30 – 4:30 PM – Yoga philosophy / Ayurveda lifestyle talks / women’s health discussions

4:30 – 5:00 PM – Herbal tea or detox drink

5:00 – 6:30 PM – Evening restorative yoga, meditation, or Yoga Nidra

7:00 – 8:00 PM – Light Ayurvedic dinner

8:00 – 9:00 PM – Evening satsang, chanting, or women’s sharing circle

9:30 PM – Lights out / quiet reflection

Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport has daily flights from Delhi and other cities and airlines such as Air India, Spice Jet and IndiGo fly here regularly.
